The Thread Detective ™

Thread Detective   The Thread Detective™ is a precise and easy-to-use thread identifier for both nuts and bolts, consisting of thread checkers conveniently assembled onto a wire lanyard. It is especially well suited for distinguishing between similar inch and metric threads.

For Easy Checking of Internal and External Threads Our unique Thread Detectives™ are available in Metric, Inch, and a combination of Metric and Inch sizes:
	Inch Thread Detectives™ contain nut and bolt sizes of 6-32, 8-32, 10-24, 10-32, 1/4-20, 1/4-28, 5/16-18, 5/16-24, 3/8-16, 3/8-24, 7/16-14, 7/16-20, 1/2-13, & 1/2-20.
	Metric Thread Detectives™ contain nut and bolt sizes of M4x0.7, M5x0.8, M6x1.0, M8x1.0, M8x1.25, M10x1.0, M10x1.25, M10x1.50, M12x1.25, M12x1.5, & M12x1.75.
	The Combo Thread Detective™ unites all thread sizes from both the Metric and Inch versions.

Thread sizes are permanently stamped onto each gauge. Our Thread Detectives™ are equipped with an 85mm ruler for measuring stud lengths.

For your convenience we provide extra long wire rope for those hard to reach places, as well as loops on each end for convenient hanging.
