Oddie® Manufacturing have a variety of CNC (computer numerical controlled) lathes, to include platten type lathes, Swiss type sliding head lathes, with fixed tools, live tools, front and back working tools to allow for precision rapid production of mill turn / turned parts. Handling capabilities of round and hexagonal bar from 3mm diameter to 42mm diameter and in a variety of material to include aluminium, steel, tool steels, voldeholm tool steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, phosphor bronze, titanium, alconite and specialised alloys as well as plastics such as nylon, peek plastics and tuffnol. Applications include turned components for automotive and aerospace industries and precision general engineering.
Oddie® Manufacturing offer CNC (computer numerical controlled) vertical machining centre in the form of the Haas VMC VFO. This miller allows for precision rapid production of milled parts. Ideal for protoype making or tool making our Vertical Machining Centres are able to process a variety of materials to include aluminium, steel, tool steels, voldeholm tool steel, stainless steel, brass, phosphor bronze, alconite, copper, titanium, specialised alloys, graphite or plastics such as nylons, peek plastics or tufnol. Guillotining / Metal Shearing
Oddie® Manufacturing can precision shear sheet metal up top 3mtr x 3mtr and up to 4mm thick. Coupled with our Mig and Tig welding facilities we can provide full fabrication services.

With products from Autodesk in the form of Auto CAD along with with specific packages from One CNC and Camteck for control over the CNC millers, Lathes and Wire erosion machines.
